CONVOCATION CEREMONY OF INDO GERMAN TOOL ROOM, AHMEDABAD

Indo German Tool Room, Ahmedabad organized the 2nd convocation ceremony of the tool room on 7th January 2005 for awarding certificates to the trainees who passed out the Diploma Course in Tool & Die Making in the year 2004.

AS&DC (SSI) Shri Satyananda Mishra graced the occasion as the Chief Guest. Many dignitaries from the State Govt. and the industries also attended the ceremony. 33 trainees of the Diploma Course were awarded the certificates.

AS&DC (SSI) in his address congratulated the successful trainees and inspired them to put their best efforts to serve the industry and make use of the knowledge and skill gained at the IGTR. He emphasized on the need to design and develop the products with high quality and advised trainees to strive for excellence in this field.

A Souvenir on the occasion was also released by the AS&DC (SSI)/Chairman, IGTR Ahmedabad.

VISIT OF THE CHAIRMAN/AS&DC(SSI) TO CTTC, KOLKATA AND IDTR JAMSHEDPUR

The Chairman/AS&DC(SSI) visited Central Tool Room & Training Centre, Kolkata on 29th January 2005 and Indo Danish Tool Room, Jamshedpur on 31st January 2005 to review the performance of the tool rooms.

During the visit, the Chairman had discussions with GM, Tool Rooms and members of Industry Associations. The Chairman also inaugurated a Knowledge Centre being set up at IDTR Jamshedpur.
