NABCB Accreditation for bureau of Indian Standards (BIS)

Consequence upon withdrawal of NABCB accreditation to BIS for Quality Management System Certification (QMS) w.e.f. 5th March, 2008, by National Accreditation Board for Certification Bodies, the QMS Certificatees issued by BIS will not be eligible for reimbursement w.e.f. 30/06/2008 under the scheme ISO-9000 Reimbursement Scheme operated by this office
